Combination of maceration and distillation of different citruses varieties: bitter orange, blood orange and lemon.

A unique Elaboration Approach
• The peels of each citrus variety are separately macerated into neutral alcohol.
• The juice from the bitter orange peels maceration is then distilled through a specific pot still.
• This bitter orange essence is in the end blended to the blood orange and lemon peels macerations.
• To this blend is then added some sugar to balance the overall.
