Doubly distilled the “Cognac way” in Charentais copper pot stills by the prestigious cognac makers “Distillerie Merlet & Fils”

Aging takes place in French oak barrels balancing new and old casks, for subtle spicy notes and silky tannins.

With aromas of dark chocolate and dried fruit, the result is a floral and fruity whisky with elegance and finesse.
Coperies is a very old word for “harvest” in the local dialect.

Hence its identity is purely French, and even more “Charentais”
